Stal Hamelspoel

Stal Hamelspoel was established in 2003 by Jan-Willem Schaap and named after the pond across the road. Initially, it was primarily focused on trading show jumpers. The company has since then expanded into multiple disciplines within the equestrian industry, including producing young horses, own breeding program and competing at top-level sport.

Stal Hamelspoel is a true family-affair. Jan-Willem focuses on the training of both horse and rider, while his wife Joffra takes care of the management alongside the dressage training of several horses. Their son Willem is mainly involved in the breeding program and competes with a few horses at national competitions. Joep is fully dedicated to top-level sport and also takes great pride in training young horses.
